I placed an order for some German beer. One of the boxes was a mixed box of 12 that I bought as a Christmas for someone. It said it comes with a free glass and bottle opener, these never came which was a shame really as it would of made a nice Christmas present. I did contact customer service about this being missing and was told they would be sent out right away, still nothing has been received. Would have given 4 stars had I received the glass and bottle opener with my order. I ordered a mixture of German beers which are all really nice and definitely a great treat for the festive season and not too expensive, cheaper than a pint of it from the Christmas markets anyway!
