Mix up with order. I ordered one case of beer.Rang and asked if I could amend to order two. It was agreed that the first order would be cancelled but this didn’t happen and I ended up with three cases.
Reluctantly I decided to keep the third case for which I had been charged but not impressed that the cancellation was not actioned.
