The products are great and customer services very pleasant to deal with.
However, they were badly let down by their delivery people (I think Hermes).
My order was placed on 16/12/21 - theoretically in good time to be an Xmas gift.
It finally arrived on New Year's Eve!
Trying to track the delivery was fruitless.
So, unfortunately, I do not feel able to give 5 stars... :(
