Extremely efficient I made a mistake with my order, ordering two of the same they delivered one and when I contacted them to explain my mistake they rectified the personalised gift and was sent out the next day. This was down to excellent service from JO in customer service who was able to communicate with me which was brilliant, I will continue to use their service.
