The product was as described but service is poor! Got a delivery date which came and went but customer services are only part time (only available until 2:30pm!) so take an age to respond.
I got fobbed off in the response with another fake delivery date and no help. Eventually got delivered over the 3-5 working days stated on the website.
Due to the lateness the gift was of no use to me so have had to return. What a waste of everyone’s time and money. Won’t be using again.
