The only reason I am giving 4 and not 5 is that I never received my Erdinger Klopp glass; but as it was a free gift I am not going to make a song and dance about it. My order of Lowenbrau was delivered safely and securely packaged and delivery was as communicated with helpful updates by txt and email. So all in all sa happy customer
