Beerhunter will not respond to emails and only via google can you find a phone number which is just an answerphone. In my case they did not supply the beers at all despite a promise and a DPD tracking that said parcel had not been collected. I needed the beer for Father's day gifts. When it was a week late I instructed them to cancel the order and refund. No reply. 2 weeks later out of the blue they still made a partial delivery - still no communication. I didn't want the beer and have processed a cliam through my credit card. Why won't they respond?
