This was my first purchase with BH. As a non drinker it's not the obvious place to go but I found an interesting few no/low alcohol at a decent price. When I bought my beer I had noted that delivery was slower than sites I normally buy but after 6 working days no beer. Contacted customer service who told me they were busy and my beer had been delayed - they should have done that much earlier. Anyway my contact spurred them into action and it arrived the following day
