Beer and glass were excellent but delivery was poor. Paid for next day delivery because I knew I'd be in and it was delivered to a local shop the day after when I was out. When I got to the shop to collect the woman was dropping boxes from shoulder height as she went through a pile of parcels trying to find mine. I pointed out mine was the one marked up as fragile. I've gave 5 stars because the delivery wasn't their fault and they refunded my postage. They do need to change courier though.
