I ordered the Augustiner gift set ( 2 beers + Augustiner glass) as a memory of a recent trip to Berlin. The beers were excellent but unfortunatly the glass was broken in transit. The glass was replaced and delivered in 24 hours. Many thanks for your excellent service.
