Knowing there is a case of excellent Belgian beers in my garage gives me a warm, snuggly feeling. Having tried most of the Trappistes, I'd say La Chouffe is my favourite. I wonder why Beer Hunter doesn't offer one or two of the excellent beers from Brasserie De La Senne, 'Taras Boulba' for example, or 'Jambe de Bois' ('Peg Leg'). The key to these strange names is in the label illustration.
