My 2nd order with Beerhunter hit a snag when the wrong items were delivered and during the process of arranging a refund, a snag occurred that gave the impression they were ignoring my emails. A refund was eventually actioned via PayPal and then the source of the communication problem was identified at Beerhunter. Sue at customer services went the extra mile to investigate and identify the communications error and contacted me to apologise and kindly offer a discount should I wish to make a further order. These things happen so no hard feelings and thank you Sue for your efforts to rectify the matter, best wishes Steve.
