We wanted to send a suprise to some dear friends. Unfortunately they were not at home when the beers arrived and were left with a neighbour. Timing wasn't favourable being a Bank holiday weekend. The negative issue is the greeting card which was supposed to be included just wasn't there - so, our friends didn't know who had sent the package. I eventually had to text and ask if they'd received anything and they told they'd got it. The website is really set up more for online ordering to your own address and not straightforward to send as a gift. I did see a customer feedback comment saying the writing on the greeting card was very small, I didn't think that none would be included. It's taken the pleasure away a bit, by having to ask about receipt and not knowing whether / when the neighbour managed to hand the package over.
