I ordered and selected my home address as delivery address. I the failed to notice the small print selecting delivery method. This defaults to post office. This was most inconvenient for me. I am 85 with a heart condition. The post office is 15 minutes walk and the thought of carrying 2 cases of beer back was impossible. I had to arrange for a friend to collect. As you had my delivery address why can you not simply deliver?
