I wrote to yourselves after the gift I bought came with half of the recipiants name missing, Still to this date I have not received a return email.
What I did receive was 5 sales emails wanting to purchase another product, still no reply on initial complaint.
After the 5th sales email I responded by Unsubscribing to Beerhunter.
My understandanding on UNSUBSCRIBING is I dont want any unsolicited emails from you.
Now I receive one asking how I would rate your company.
