My product never arrived. I had a confirmation email to say it had been delivered which was incorrect. I tried to call customer service and every time it said noone was available, I tried to email and the message bounced back. I then I got this email to ask me for a review?! Finally managed to get through to someone via the sales number instead, they were helpful on the phone and said they would investigate - but I still dont know what happened to the parcel, other than it is lost. I was told another one would be posted to me to arrive Thursday morning and guess what, nothing has arrived, and I am £65 out of pocket! I'm too cross and dissapointed to put into words, I want my product to arrive and I want a full refund. This was for a gift that I wanted to give today.
