Order was days later than led to believe at time of order.
Order arrived with missing items!
No reply to email.
No answer on the phone for the last 2 days - just a standard impersonal "no one is available to take your call" after only 1 ring so clearly avoiding calls altogether. I don't want to leave a voicemail - I want to speak to a human.
It seems your communication is better on here so that's why I have resorted to this.
Really really poor customer service.
