I really enjoy Be Fit Food. I was a bit surprised at first at how small the portions were, but then I realised that these were actually correct portions and how much we all overeat...everyday! By including the 'Additional Extras' to each meal, I'm learning how to prepare easy, simple sides and I'm so surprised that I never feel hungry. I've done two Challenges so far, and now have a whole lot of meals in my freezer that I use for lunches on my workdays. Just knowing that I can quickly heat and eat something without having to prepare is a game-changer!
