Loved it!
I lost 3 kgs in 2 weeks which is a lot for me starting at 60kg. Just want I needed to get rid of the Chirstmas cheer. Most meals really yum.. ie Chilli Fish, Naked Burito bowl, Spicy pulled beef, Chicken Soup, Dim Sims..
DId it for 4 weeks & it was just so easy PLUS got me used to having breakfast again (the porridge) after 20+ years.
