I did 2 weeks on the Be Rapid program. Pretty small portions but tasty. If you’re used to a lot of salt/sugar in your diet, this will be an adjustment.
I didn’t weigh myself, but after 2 weeks my waist is noticeably smaller and I’m much less interested in junk food.
I used these 2 weeks as a kickstarter to lose a larger amount of weight, so I feel like I’m off to a good start.
