The meals are surprisingly really good. They're not your usual frozen dinner that you'd get a the supermarket. They are full of flavour and portioned controlled which makes it perfect as a replacement for you normal lunch or dinner. The snacks are also of high quality. Some of the meals are a little bit small but with a healthy of vegetables or salad it's perfect.
