Went to collect the shoes I ordered and both ladies were busy which is good for a local business. I was acknowledged immediately. I was not in a hurry so happy to wait. The staff at all times made sure everyone was being attended to at all times . I felt very valued as a customer. There was a lovely, friendly atmosphere in the store and noticed many customers were regulars as they were part of the rewards scheme. Well done Beggs.
