Awful experience with Bella Barista. Purchased a Lelit Bianca through them but when it arrived I had issues with the machines LCC which would not turn on. I returned the machine for this reason however Bella Barista stated because the machine had been opened and therefore ‘used’ they would refund me but retain 20% of the refund fee to restock the machine despite it not actually being used. No reasoning or understanding from the customer service team at all Customer service was shocking, cannot advise to avoid enough!!
