Unfortunately dealing with the same issue I dealt with before with Bellami clip ins. They start off wonderful - smooth and thick, and after the first wash they turn into a tangled mess. I’m washing them the way the directions describe, and using high quality shampoo and conditioner, and it makes no difference.
I stopped ordering from Bellami for this reason 2 years ago, but decided to give them another try, but it’s the same issue. Very frustrating.
