The quality appears to be good but I ordered 2 different ponytail extensions and I was not able to use either one. Neither one of the colors matched my hair color, which is nothing out of the ordinary. For reference, I ordered the Chocolate Brown (too dark and it has red tones) and the Ash Brown (too light with a lot of blonde highlights). To top it off, the ponytails are not returnable, so I basically wasted my money.
I would not recommend buyting the ponytail extension due to the rigid return policy.
