Ordered my hair 2 weeks ago-they have yet to be shipped. Was told the warehouse is closed and not sure when will be reopened. Yet they took my payment- they’re unable to ship my product. This is unacceptable and I need a refund, as I have ordered extensions elsewhere and am have already received them.
