Hi, I made order from Bellami on March, and I have paid the 20$ as delivery cost, then when I received the package, FedEx asked me to pay 102$ as delivery fees, so I contacted Bellami, they asked me to pay the extra charging fees and they will return my money back, then I found the hair extension color doesn’t match my hair color so I returned and they deduct 50$ from my previous payment, And when I order a new hair extension, I paid again to FedEx 102$, And till now I didn’t receive my 204$ I have paid for FedEx as extra delivery charges since 2 months, since March I am waiting to receive my money back from Bellami, I am very disappointed and I lost my trust and I will never recommend Bellami to any of my friends, plz try to solve my problem, thank u
