I am beyond furious and disappointed with Bellami Hair! I spent almost $400 on hair extensions that looked NOTHING like the color shown on their website! The product I received was completely different — not even close to what I ordered! When I tried to return the extensions immediately, I was shocked to find out returns are not allowed! How is that even acceptable for a luxury brand?! To make things even worse, there is NO phone number to reach anyone — only email — and guess what? NO ONE has bothered to respond to me! It’s been days and still no reply! This has been one of the worst shopping experiences of my life. Bellami’s customer service is nonexistent, and they clearly have no respect for their customers once they have your money. I feel completely cheated and scammed. I would NEVER recommend Bellami Hair to anyone. Save yourself the heartbreak, stress, and financial loss! For a brand that claims to be “luxury,” this is pure theft and false advertising.
