I never received my order. The tracking number provided was invalid so we couldn’t figure out where the order is. This is while I paid for the most expensive shipping option. When I contacted the customer service they were the least bothered and not very helpful.
I do love the hair extensions quality and always have great experience in the store but my online experience has been disappointing.
