HORRIBLE! I ordered the set of strawberry blonde clip ins and after washing while attempting to style, multiple hairs were MELTING on the barrel and on the other hairs, not to mention there were multiple black hairs in the wefts. Customer service would not replace or do anything to make it right other than offer a $50 gift card, I just want to get what I paid for. I do not feel like this is right and I will be telling everyone I know not to use hair from here.
