I placed an order and never received it. I contacted the courier and they had no shipment in their system with the tracking link Bellfield provided.
I tried to communicate with Bellfield by mail and phone and I was waiting for someone to answer. Finally, after two months, a representative answered me by email with some excuses and no specific solution.
Fortunately, Paypal solved the open dispute in my favor and I could get my money back.
Awful experience.
