First of all delivery and communication was excellent, quick and clear communication, if needed. The jacket itself is excellent, really soft and great quality fabrics, surprisingly so considering the price was so reasonable. I've had to exchange it for a lower size just because I'm between sizes at the minute but that has been simple and straightforward too. Really impressed and will definitely be kitting my wardrobe out with more great Bellfield pieces in the future.
