I was send the wrong item initialy. However, after contacting Daniel, who is Bellfield's customer service specialist, the issue was dealt with smoothly and swiftly. I was send out a new item as soon as the right analysis of the issue was made. The package was received well. Love the item (Suede Bomber Jacket).
