Return customer of bellfield clothing. Always been thoroughly impressed with the quality of their garments vs the price tag.
I had my first issue after many purchases where Royal Mail had lost my parcel.
I contacted their customer service team and had a speedy Reply from 'Dan'
He contacted Royal mail on my behalf and then immediately dispatched a replacement free of charge. Can't fault them as their customer service is the best I have ever received from a company.
Would recommend them to anyone.
