I ordered 4 items when it came to processing the order one item was out of stock, I was sent an email from Dan who offered a full refund or the option of changing the item before it was posted out to me. I was able to replace the item for another with minimal fuss & my items were sent that evening. Excellant customer service all around & I love the quality of the hoodies
