Got a fantastic price on a rain coat i loved the look of. It arrived within 2 days and the coat was just as it looked in the photos and of very good quality. There was a slight issue with the item; i mean miniscule, but I wanted to let them know. I recieved a swift reply, and the following day a partial refund. (I was also offered a full refund and a return) Absolutely fantastic customer service.
