This was my first time ordering and I found the customer service exceptional. The coat colour I had ordered was out of stock and l was informed within the day to see if i wanted an exchange or refund. I selected exchange and the coat arrived within24 hours! The quality and look is great. Will definitely order from Bellfield again.
