Being this has been a very tough year all round, receiving this call this evening was very welcoming,
Leigh Metcalf was extremely helpful, explained all details very well, very polite but most off all even though he was busy we did have a laugh as well, which in my opinion goes along way,
The best bit of all, he was able to save me money on my old policy,with still the peace of mind that I have the cover I require
