I was contacted today by a member of your time and transferred to a very nice young gentleman called Luke; he took details, was very polite and a really personable sounding fellow. Unfortunately I am not eligible for insurance at the moment but he provided great information as to another company who will be able to take me on in the future. Luke immediately took note of my request pertaining to my hearing impairment and overall came across as very eager to help and very caring, which is refreshing in such a money-driven environment as insurance!
