Excellent service from Luke. Very polite and friendly, despite having to read off so much material, no doubt more times than anyone would like to have to. A really quick turn around from submitting the online form to getting the call back to getting my life insurance policy sorted and the emails through from the insurance provider to confirm. Would recommend for anyone looking to change their life insurance. Everything was fully explained to me in a way I could understand to ensure I am paying for exactly what I want and need.
