I don't usually answer these calls, but was very pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and helpfulness of both guys I spoke to. No one was pushy and everything was really explained well. I took a critical illness insurance at a very reasonable price and they were happy to amend the product to suit me. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want.
