George is an absolute credit too you!!! What a chatty, friendly guy with amazing morals. It's actually lovely to speak to someone who isn't just out for the quick tick- probably wouldn't of got the cover if it wasn't for him.
Also do like the personal touches of numbers, support and personal contact given if any issues.
