For me it was all down to Leigh Metcalf - he's personable, understanding, supportive and very, very patient!
I don’t ‘do' ‘cold calling’, so to be writing this review, is not to be under-estimated.
I feel that I’ve received expert advice which has resulted in my changing policies and getting better cover at a lesser monthly cost, but more so, I feel that I really understand my cover now which clearly I didn’t before.
