Be Money Savvy offer an excellent level of customer service and customer care. Fatima who initially took the call was really polite and helpful. Joel the advisor who took over the call, was a real star. He really listened to myself, made sure he had understood my circumstances and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. He was also very down-to-earth and he made what can be quite a mundane process into an easy and hassle free one.
