The agent was personable, took time to get to know me and understand my needs and lived experience and was able to tailor his advice to comprehensively and holistically suit my needs. I am ever so grateful for his time , patience and relatable personality. He was not robotic or rigid and made what would have been a stressful process so easy and effortless and time went buy. If only agent could be more like him and treat people like there is another human being at the other end of the phone and not just an account.
