Emma Kenny was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to explain each step as we went along. She pointed out the whys and wherefores so I knew my options from the start. No question was any trouble and Emma adjusted the quote three times to suit my needs and financial situation.
Emma was happy to chat whilst waiting for me to sent an email attachment to her (I’m not the brightest techy around 🥴). She had the patience of a saint!!
