Lilly was lovely made the application really easy to fill in. I was grateful that Lilly kept trying to get hold of me as I've been very busy. Lilly really made me happy when I came off the phone with her. She gave me everything I needed and more for my daughter if anything should happen to me. After losing my daughter's father to a brutal murder and now being a single mother I only wanted the best if anything should happened me Lilly did this for me.
