I was very happy with the manner in which I was being questioned about trying to get new cover as my existing life Insurance runs out next year. Because of my health I could not renew my policy. The people that dealt with me were very polite and friendly. Where I failed to get Insurance beyond 65yrs old they had no problem getting me an affordable policy that suits my needs. I am really happy in the way I was treated and how they made sure I understood everything that was happening step by step.
