My call was with Dan/Daniel He was very knowledgeable explaining a product that suits my budget and life term We did have a few laughs throughout filling my details in but I think it’s important for the customer to feel valued ( I and he was conscious of the time he had to wrap up the call) I worked in telesales and always thought the customer was rushed and felt devalued Moving forward as your company for you is always make the customer feel valued , and they will pass their experience on I certainly did few valued and will be passing my experience on Thanku
