I spoke to two gentleman both were pleasant. Rhys Grimshaw I must say was very helpful - he helped me to complete my forms, he was very informative with details of the policy. Every step of the way he was kind, pleasant and attentive to detail. The process was very smooth and I feel really reassured that I made the right decision.
